Normal post (Singpost) - SGD $1/- each

Bag Posting Price

** Please understand we cannot be responsible for losses or missing packages through normal post.

DELIVERY
1) Postage prices will vary (depending on the weight). Normal charges will be $1.50 per item, $2 for two items and so forth.

2) Registered mail is always encouraged (it only cost $2.24 more on top of normal postage).

Orders can only be confirmed after the payment for first time customer.

Due to the low pricing of our items, we have limited stocks on hand and often needs to contact our factories in Taiwan/China/Korea to restock. Please understand if there is delay for your products - we will send you an email to inform you.

Orders will reach you in around 7 working days.

We will provide all customers with tracking number for their packages if they are using courier or registered deliveries.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for late deliveries which may result from our transit time.

Alternative to Goods Collection

Dedicated to serving the best for our customers, we would organise regular meet-up at three locations: Kembangan, Bedok and East Cost.

How to place an order?

New Customers

* Please read the following simple terms and conditions.

For pre-ordered items, please read - items will be ordered after the stated date on the individual product page.

We will send you a confirmation and payment advice within 1 working day for in-stock products. For pre-ordered products, we will send you a confirmation and payment advice after the pre-order date ends. Please proceed to make payment within 2 days through our payment methods.

- Bank Transfer (POSB SAVINGS ACCOUNT)

Orders with no payment made within 2 days will be void.

A payment receipt will be sent to your email after the payment and a delivery date will be given to you.

Orders

You can place your orders via sms or msn or e-mail or order form.

-Ordering instructions are provided

-All orders will be replied to within 24 hours unless,

1. We're overseas,

2. Your order form was not filled completely,

3. Your location is not in Singapore.

Payment

-Prices are non-negotiable unless stated otherwise.

-If payments are not made through i-banking, a copy of the transaction receipt must be provided upon request otherwise your order will be cancelled.

TERMS&CONDITIONS (please take time to read this)

1) We will not be held responsible for lost cash should you risk choosing to pay by concealed cash.

2) We will not be held responsible for lost/damaged mailed-out items should you not opt for registered mail.

3) We do not do reservations of items. First come, first serve.

4) After receiving the item, the onus is on you to take good care of it, and we will not be held responsible if something happens to it.
